Elisia joins 619 Recruiting with 13 years of experience in sales, recruiting, and management from her previous role at Robert Half as a Practice Director. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Cincinnati and post-graduation spent 10 years in public accounting working with small to mid-size businesses doing general ledger accounting and tax with a specialization in SALT.
She knows that making good placements for candidates and companies is an art that relies not only on professional experience, but the match of soft skills and company culture. She realizes that each person and company that she interacts with are unique and will strive to provide the best individual experience.
Elisia thrives on building. Building meaningful relationships, building strong foundations for business, and continuously planning three steps ahead to be sure the best current decisions are being made for future outcomes.
Personally, she spends her free time traveling, gardening, kayaking, and working on home improvement projects. She holds a 200-hour certificate to teach yoga and is a 2nd level Reiki Practioner. She is blessed with an amazing (and patient) husband, long-time friends, and the unconditional love of her two adopted dogs.
